The hotel's Malaysian/Indonesian cuisine and proximity to the Mitsui Outlet mall were popular draws. Guests appreciated the friendly, helpful and English, speaking staff, including the owner who went out of his way to pick up guests. the room and hotel were quiet, and the layout accommodated four people.
The location was not very accessible without a car, and finding the shuttle's pick, up driver was confusing and time, consuming due to a lack of signage.

The room layout was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed the quiet location. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and even arranged transportation for us. the hotel was conveniently located near an outlet mall.
The location was not very accessible without a car and there were not many taxis around. We had trouble finding the shuttle pick-up location and the driver did not speak English.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to arrange transportation for my family. The continental breakfast offered a good variety of options, including both South Asian and continental dishes. the facilities were kept clean and the location was quiet.

The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, showing us around and even arranging transportation for us. It was also great that they spoke good English and were easy to understand. the room layout was spacious and comfortably fit our whole group, which was a big plus. An added bonus was how easy it was to walk to the nearby outlet mall and try out some delicious international cuisine.
The difficulty we had finding the shuttle pickup point, which took us quite a while to locate. It would have been extremely helpful if they provided a detailed map indicating the exact spot to meet.
